How Did Sister Circles Get Started?<\/h1>\n

First of All - Why?<\/h3>

I have created Sister Circle because I have seen a deep need for women to connect with one another, a need to be heard, seen, and to feel valued. This past year I have witnessed and experienced deep pockets of isolation, distance, and an overall feeling of being cut off from the world. And I know I am not alone in this. Many of the women I personally know, work with, and coach, have nothing left for themselves at the end of the day.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n\"20201225_213053\"\n\"pexels-polina-tankilevitch-7336944\"\n

Sisters Give REAL Support!<\/h3>

Women are busy supporting children, spouses, parents, and other loved ones, often leaving themselves depleted and lonely. Given all, they can give.\u00a0Empty. Tired. Overwhelmed.<\/b><\/p>

This is a space where we go deep, we ask why, we reflect, we mirror, we hold space, and we cheer each other on. The conversations in Sister Circle are not only to encourage our own growth but a deep community with one another.<\/p>\n

A Sacred Space<\/h3>

In this sacred space, each person has the opportunity to\u00a0be really seen and heard<\/b>. You can participate as much or as little as you would like with deep connection being encouraged. This is a space where you get out what you put in.\u00a0A space that fosters vulnerability, creativity, laughter, compassion, and deep understanding<\/b>.<\/p>

12 Week Course with Sisters<\/h3>

Our Sister Circles will meet in VIRTUAL<\/strong> 12-week sessions. Together, we will discuss a topic, relating to the Session Subject each week. For example -\u00a0 Gratitude. What it is, why we should have it, and how we currently incorporate it into our lives. <\/b><\/p>

We will meet weekly via Zoom to share our joys, triumphs, disappointments, frustrations, and challenges. Our SC will have the same members for the full 12 weeks to create a space of intimacy and trust. It will be led by a professional, but personable Facilitator and nurtured by the needs of the group.<\/p>\n

More Than Just a Circle<\/h3>

They are also private and anonymity and respect are important. What we share in Sister Circle, stays in Sister Circle. While the topics are great to share, specific experiences of other members, are not.<\/p>

Our Circles will have a guided meditation at the end that ties into our discussion and an oracle card pull for each person in the circle\/session. Each week we will set a personal intention for the coming week. We also have a private FB group to share in and to help us stay connected to one another throughout the week. SC is the kind of connective space you would get in a high-end coaching program. So this was birthed into the online<\/strong> space. What a great benefit of Covid! Ease online. It is now our new normal and our desire to build authentic friendships hasn't changed.<\/p>
